I have always been fond of human armies as these, to me, represent the common man in a world of fantastic foes. My Empire army is mostly comprised of the the 1992 Perry twins sculpts, the first of the 4th edition armies. These were revealed in February 1992 at the end of the 3rd edition era. The earliest parts of this army shown are the 1989 Imperial Knights, mounted and on foot, plus the MM60 Fighters and MM61 Fighter Command all from around May 1989.
