This was initially part of the Collectors Series but then moved to the regular High Elf range. It appears in the Late Summer 1989 trade catalogue as General in the 074225/1 pack. It was relegated to plain High Elf with Sword 3 in the 1991 catalogue. The sculptor is a bit of a mystery, the 1991 catalogue says "designed by the Citadel Design team" not Jes Goodwin, whose style it most resembles.
