Released as part of the Dwarf releases for WHFB4. The Musician was a later release and the standard was changed in the the mid 00s to drop the banner cross bar. Bugman himself is shown in the 2000s on the GW site without a banner crossbar, but it requires customization to remove it and shorten the pole.
I guess that they need updated bases and shields too!
