UK release in the 1983 Dragon catalogue as Skeleton Champion in the C22 Evil Leader range, then the C35 Champions of Chaos in Compendium One. On the US RPI blister described as FTS25 Skeleton Champion with Haunted Axe, it also appeared in the Ral Partha FA300 Adventure Encounter set.
