Introduced in February 1982 as FF16 Two Headed Troll with spiked club. This one later appeared as both FTT10 Giant Two-Headed Troll and as a C31 Giant/Large Monster, Two-Headed Giant Troll or Giant Two-Headed Troll. I'm not arguing with him about his name(s!)

There seem to be a few different versions of the FF16-2 Two Headed Troll, with the right head at different angles. In two of the cases the heads are fused in the metal, so maybe they experimented with different positions to improve the castings.
